The portfolio consisted of renovation and conversion of 18 existing assets and the construction of 2 new ground up hotels. Tasked with developing all of the project schedules and master schedules, GC RFP’s and supporting documents, GC & vendor management, project specifications and scopes, responsibility matrix, room matrix, entitlements and permits, financial responsibilities and alike. The Assets consist of Brand Names such as: Hilton, Hampton Inn, Marriott and SPG to name a few.
