David Nicolosi

Managing Director

David Nicolosi is a seasoned international professional with more than 35 years of experience in spearheading multi-million-dollar real estate development and construction projects. His expertise spans Owners Representation, Program/Project Management, Construction Management, Development, Capital / Financing, and Acquisitions. Fortified by a foundational degree in Construction Management from Drexel University, supplemented by advanced studies at Cornell University.

As a real estate development specialist, he collaborates closely with team members to negotiate developmental plans and secure funding for large-scale ventures. His portfolio includes luxury resorts, prestigious hotels, casinos, restaurants, luxury high-rise condos, multifamily housing, retail centers, healthcare facilities, industrial buildings, and hundreds of high-end luxury homes.

In his role as a business leader, David has a proven track record of building multiple businesses, scaling them and leading high-performance, synergistic teams that deliver exceptional, fully realized profits year over year. His efforts have culminated in more than $8 billion worth of real estate developments. Leadership under David is augmented by his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and an MBA from Villanova University.

Her role requires close collaboration with department heads and senior management to find strategies for increasing sales, improving employee retention, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In essence, she ensures that everyone in the company understands the steps needed for the company’s success. She brings over 15 years of experience in managing company operations within the design and construction sector.

He has successfully completed a variety of projects in the areas of residential complexes, high end custom homes, luxury resorts & hotels, affordable housing, retail & hospitality and a host of commercial ventures. His unwavering dedication to precision and excellence has been integral to the success of every 33CRE endeavor.

Jamie Lynn Shelton

Project Management – Client Relations

With more than a decade of experience, Jamie expertly orchestrates the entire construction process from inception to completion. Her responsibilities encompass managing budgets meticulously, securing essential permits for specific projects, and effectively conveying clients’ visions to subcontractors and construction teams. Additionally, Jamie prioritizes client engagement and satisfaction by comprehending their needs and aspirations, devising strategies to maximize the value derived from the company’s offerings.

Caryn (Creedon) Wohn

With a proven record of delivering exceptional designs for high-end projects, Caryn is an experienced and enthusiastic Interior Architect. She employs a variety of tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop, to create visually stunning presentations and design documents. Caryn’s approach is collaborative, detail-oriented, and creative, which enables her to solve problems efficiently. Furthermore, she is capable of managing multiple projects at once, always exceeding clients’ expectations while meeting deadlines. Caryn earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Tim is an experienced construction superintendent, boasting over two decades of on-site leadership and a comprehensive understanding of all construction subtrades. He excels at overseeing every facet of a construction project, from initial planning and budgeting to the successful realization of company and client objectives through effective daily management. His impressive track record consistently demonstrates his ability to meet and surpass client expectations.

Heath Mercer

Sr. Project Superintendent

With over 30 years of experience as a seasoned Sr. Project Superintendent, Heath has overseen on-site leadership for projects worth over 100 million dollars from inception to completion. Possessing a 10-hour OSHA certification and 30-Hour Site Safety Manager certification, he effectively communicates with all trade partners and professionals to ensure that construction plans are executed in a safe and timely manner, adhering to the construction schedule. Heath is known for his loyalty, honesty, energy, and dedication, creating a respectful work environment for all employees while maintaining strict compliance with policies and procedures.
